The terms that apply to a NextKey Market purchase and digital license.

Scope
These Terms govern purchases made through NextKey Market and the use of the time-limited digital licenses listed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the license details shown before checkout.
Orders and delivery
Prices, currency, taxes, duration, and quantity are presented before payment. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payment. A license is issued only after our server receives and verifies the relevant payment confirmation.
A successful checkout screen alone does not guarantee delivery. We may delay or decline fulfillment where payment is not confirmed, an order is duplicated, or fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.
License use
Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable product for the purchased period and subject to its displayed device-binding rules. The license is not a sale of intellectual-property rights.
- Do not share, resell, sublicense, or publish an activation key.
- Do not bypass technical protections or interfere with service security.
- Keep your delivery email address and activation key secure.
Availability and changes
We may correct manifest errors, prevent misuse, or make operational changes needed to keep the service secure. These Terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Refunds and disputes
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Contact us before opening a payment dispute where possible so we can investigate the order and provide a resolution.
